- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 inch ginger knob
- 2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 cup oat milk
- ½ cup ice

Start by washing your fruits and vegetables

Place the spinach in the blender along with the oat milk as the base

Add pineapple, apple, sea moss, ginger, ice and sesame seeds to mix with the ingredients

Then, blend on high for 2 minutes and adjust the milk as needed
